After a few months earlier this year on hiatus, things finally started falling back in place a few months ago and I am excited that the projects we are working on have meaning and purpose and are driven by some of the most politically passionate people I have ever met. Absolutely exhilarating!

Retake Congress UPDATE

Over the last few months I have worked on the RetakeCongress campaign. I designed the logo that will be used with all branding, as well as some swag to be used in the political campaigns by the candidates.

WordCampNYC 2009 Logo Contest

My logo, along with 3 others were chosen as the winners for the WordCampNYC 2009 logo design competition. We were chosen because our designs were very similarly designed with the NYC SUBWAY as inspiration for the designs. Clearly when we thought about NYC the subway was what came to mind immediately.

I entered the contest because I have published so many WP projects and wanted to give back to the community.

Of the 4 designs I submitted, this was the fan favorite:
